Hi Geri,
The most useful thing from Condor-G is that you can design your own 'Resource Broker' that use which ever ranking variable for example by adding a 'network cost' variable to your machine class-ad and then rank-by network cost in your job classads. Email me off list for a class-ad generation perl script which could easily be adjusted to use a new network cost, variable.

David

But the problem is that our condor pool are located at two distant location and we have to take network bandwidth also into account. Now we are looking for a Meta scheduler which sends the job to that cluster which takes less Network communication cost. So Is there any meta scheduler which takes care of both cpu utilization and network communication cost at a time. Thanks in advance. cheers

You can use Condor-G with match-making. It works just like the match- making within a Condor pool, except that you write a machine ad for each cluster.
The Condor manual shows how to do this: http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/ v6.7/5_3Grid_Universe.html#SECTION00634000000000000000
