There is a bug where Condor always prints the name of fd 0 (stdin) for
this message rather than the name of fd 1 or fd 2 (whichever caused
the problem).  I have sent them a patch, but it had not been merged
when I looked at Condor version 6.7.12.

So the error is that it can't open one of the files you specify for
"Out" or "Err".  I can't help much beyond that.
