[Condor-users] Stopping new jobs being submitted

Hi

Is there anyway that I can stop any new jobs being submitted to the queue? 
> From reading the condor_hold man page it appears that this command only 
effects jobs that are currently in the queue. What I want to do is allow 
all jobs that are currently in the queue to complete, but not allow any 
new jobs to be submitted - is there a way that I can do this?

We are running 6.7.12 on Debian Sarge.
