Do you mean Condor-G or regular Condor? Condor-G submits jobs to  
Globus. Getting Globus 3.2 to submit jobs to Condor should be a  
simple matter of installing the proper conduit package.

You may have trouble getting help, as most people are moving to  
Globus 4.0.
