[Condor-users] Vanilla jobs with threads

Hi,
We will get programs that use threaded math libraries. On our Linux Condor pools we use SuSE8.2 that means not the 2.6 kernel. Will those jobs run on Condor? Does anybody has some experience with threaded jobs on Condor with the Linux 2.6 kernel?
