[Condor-users] configuration of dedicated scheduler

I use condor-6.7.7 and command

[lyho@pragma001 condor_test]$ condor_q -l
.
.
Scheduler = "DedicatedScheduler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
.
.

My question is 

How can I change this item 
from

Scheduler = "DedicatedScheduler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

to

Scheduler = "DedicatedScheduler@lyho@pragma001.grid.sinica.edu.tw"

which configuration file and term should I edit ???
