I don't see an error quoted here, but I'm guessing that you're getting linker 
"undefined symbol" or similar errors, right?

You're problem is almost certainly that the Condor standard universe libraries 
need to be built against your exact version -- it's incredibly compiler / 
libc dependent, and that's just the nature of the beast.  Short of us 
building a Condor specifically for your Gentoo, I don't think that there's 
much that we can do.  Sorry.
