You should be able to accomplish this with just a
couple changes to
your condor config file. On the second machine (the
one you want to
change into a worker), change CONDOR_HOST to the
name of the first
machine and remove NEGOTIATOR and COLLECTOR from
DAEMON_LIST. You may
also want to remove SCHEDD if the worker doesn't
need to be a submit
point. Then run condor_reconfig. You may also need
to adjust
HOSTALLOW_READ/WRITE to list all machines in your
pool.
