You are absolutely correct, Andrey. Condor 6.6.x does not have full support 
for the Linux 2.6.x kernel.

We fixed this, but because of the extent of the changes, we didn't feel 
comfortable making the fix in the stables series. So this was fixed in 
Condor 6.7.2.

All versions of Condor from 6.7.2 and onward should have this bug fixed.
