[Condor-users] A question about a wser submitting from mutliple schedd's

If I submit jobs from schedd A and schedd B and I'm the only user in the
system in what order are the schedd daemons serviced? Random?
Alphabetical? Or does the negotiator look at my jobs on schedd A and my
jobs on schedd B to decide the order based on some criteria? If I'm not
the only user in the system, how does this change?
