[Condor-users] Why is JobPrio limited to [-20:20]?

Is there a technical reason for this limitation on user-assigned job
priorities? If not, I'd like to request that the range be expanded to
something like [-100:100]? The broader the range, the better. So
[-int:int] would be really great.
