Did you repackage Condor, did you use alien ot convert a .tgz, or any
other magic?

For 6.7.3 running on Merlin I did some dirty tricks, but for the upgrade 
I would like to produce a properly built package (even if there are no
sources)

Are you willing to share ? :-)
