[Condor-users] Condor Quill availability?

I read in the Condor Week 2005 Power Points about Quill and its
integration with Condor.  Can anyone shed any light on when Quill will
be available?  I also have more specific questions, but have been
planning my own application that parses the logs into a MS SQL database.
I'd love to scrap my project if Quill is the answer!
