I use a condor NT with Win2003 server as master and some other Win2003 nodes. The following link was very helpful for me:
https://lists.cs.wisc.edu/archive/condor-users/2005-January/msg00138.shtml
In my test enviroment I use a Win2003 DC as master. It works fine an an Domain member.

What do you mean by DC?
What do you mean by "didn't work"? It's hard to debug the problem without
seeing more information.
Does the following message to the condor-users mailing list help you? It
comes from January of this year.
