[Condor-users] Failed to connect to local queue manager

I have installed condor, and condor_render but have a problem while 
running the command.

Condor_submit failed. Make sure condor_submit is in your search path.

[root@rnd-master etc]# netstat -vant | grep 6001
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:6001                0.0.0.0:*  LISTEN

I have installed the rpms and followed the documentation so far.
