The job will be kicked off, and will have to migrate to another suitable
machine. If it was a standard universe job, it'll be checkpointed.
Otherwise it'll have to start over from the beginning.
If you want to be gentle, try
condor_off -peaceful hostname
This option won't kill jobs; it'll wait for the running job to complete
and then turn off the daemons.
