Probably. We will note in the 6.7.4 version history which bug fixes
from the stable release are included - 6.7.4 might be ready to go before
6.6.8, and since this bug has been in condor for a while, we may not
hold up 6.7.4 for it.

It will certainly be fixed in every developer release that comes out 
after 6.6.8 :)
