Thank you very much John,Erik and Ian,
I could find out the error. The parameter
"transfer_output_files = job.out" was missing
"WhenToTransferOutput = ON_EXIT_OR_EVICT" was missing
in my command file.
I still wonder about my second problem. The perl
script that I am running should produce output files
named by hostname, which should get into the output
directory as specified in command file for submit. I
am getting only "job.out" in the output directory
which contain only the messages displayed on the
screen while running the script.
I requests your suggestion, if I can run such script
atall or I am doing some more mistakes.
