well, it seems there is no answer... 

i've just made a DAG script to do what I want but it's not very nice
IMHO :

(rio)../condor/mkfichier>cat mktoto.dag

Job A mktoto.sub
Script POST A a_plus_r

(rio)../condor/mkfichier>cat a_plus_r

chmod a+r *
