FYI: i just re-released the 6.7.3 manual to include an explicit "Known
Bug" entry about this problem.  The entry contains details on what to
do about it (more than i wrote in my last message to this list).  you

also, if anyone was wondering, the table of all the different versions
of the manual at http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/ is now properly
pointing to the 6.7.3 manual for the "6.7" row.  the european mirror
sites should have the new version in the next few days.
