Hi,
   Yes, we have a Lab full of Windows machines that are using 6.6.7 and
did not always enable the serrvices inside the firewall, so a batch
script can/was added to restart condor using this method every day. Try
it on your own machine.

Do you mean just don't run condor_off and just start/kill the daemons
myself?
