[Condor-users] How is Condor different from Globus?

I'm doing some research for a project I'm working on and I've just 
noticed that Condor is on the list of collaborators for the Globus 
Alliance team. Does this mean that Condor is part of Globus? Or just 
that they contribute to the Globus project? More precisely perhaps I 
should ask what is the nature of the relationship between Condor and 
Globus? I have taken a look at the website and the condor vs. condor G 
page, but it doesn't explain exactly what is going on here.
