[Condor-users] condor_preen overloads the scheduler

Hi,

Is it normal behaviour that while condor_preen is running the condor_sched daemon
is using maximum processor power? As long as the preen process is active - usually a few minutes -
this overload halts the scheduler and no new shadow processes start.
