[Condor-users] Multiple schedulers on the same computer

Hi,

I found a few posts in the mailing list archives mentioning that having more schedulers 
running on a single computer (with two or more processors) can help distributing the cpu load 
of the scheduling task. 
How can I configure condor to try this and how does it modify the submitting process?
Do I have to explicitly specify which scheduler I submit my job to or does condor handle this?
