[Condor-users] Could not send PERMISSION

Hi,
This is sporadic problem between Schedd and Neg. I saw something similar 
in the archive but no solution(that google could find)

12/2 18:13:33     Request 04882.00000:
12/2 18:13:36       Sending PERMISSION, capability, startdAd to schedd
12/2 18:13:36 condor_write(): select() returns -1, assuming failure.
12/2 18:13:36 Buf::write(): condor_write() failed
12/2 18:13:36       Could not send PERMISSION
12/2 18:13:36       (Capability is "null")
12/2 18:13:36   Error: Ignoring schedd for this cycle

And no matchmaking is done. At the same time other schedds are serviced 
fine. I restart Neg and sched and sometimes it clears. Sorry I can`t be 
more specific.
