hi,

is it possible to do a condor-cod request on behalf of another user,
i.e user "peter" creates the claim, gives the claimID to user "martin"
and user "martin" activates the claim by submitting a job.

if i try it, user "martin" gets the error-message
"User 'martin' does not match the owner of this claim"

i know, that i can specify the owner-attribute in the job-description,
but this is not enough.
