I'd like to make it a manual control, to let the user decide

complete or not. The run time can vary from 1-200 minutes, so it is
not that trivial
to kill the task automatically.
If people know at submit time what the run time should be, the time
could be set then. Changing it once the job starts running is more
problematic.
