[Condor-users] user accounts on other nodes

I have a Linux condor pool with machines containing different password 
lists. There is no central authentication. UserA has an /etc/passwd 
entry in half the machines. UserA has access to a submission host. Does 
UserA require a password file entry on each machine in the pool to give 
his job the ability to run on all condor pool machines in all 
universes?  If UserA doesn't require a password entry wouldn't they need 
to tell condor to transfer files?
