On Windows Condor pool, can a user submit job and query job status
using a GUI? Can a user on a web interface from anywhere submit a job
to a Condor pool (like grid computimg)? Condor-C and Condor-G do not
support Windows platform, is there a convenient way for a user to do
job submiiting and quering instead of logging in a Condoe machine?
