Dear all
I have solved this problem.
It is because AutoDock use a time-dependent random number generator for its
seed , and condor standard universe doesn't accept it
So, any one use AutoDock with condor have to change the .dpf file (docking
parameter file) about the seed
for example :
from
seed time pid
to
seed <long-integer 1 > <long-integer 2 >
