[Condor-users] Condor sched

I have two condor pools, i can check the status when i user 

condor_status -p sched1 on sched2 and viceversa. How ever i am not
able to spawn jobs between the rwo pools. The sched2  try to send the
jobs only in its scope.

Am i missing anything trivial.
