I agree that it can't be a load issue (otherwise I might not have
wondered about the behaviour). My testing-environment isn't very busy
during the delay-times (mostly desktop machines, and I am the only one,
who submits jobs). And if a machine is listed as "Unclaimed/Idle" it
should be available instantly, shouldn't it??
