[Condor-users] MPI in windows

Hey everyone!
I am currently trying to implement MPI in windows. To do so, I use gcc and the 
gcc MPICH SDK. The problem is that all of the jobs I submit to my pool (Winxp 
machines only)just stay idle. Can anyone tell me what is happening?
And can I find an mpicc for windows?
