[Condor-users] Not Sure If a Bug or Error...

Hello all, i have a small 20 node condor grid running.  one computer acts as a
fileserver and is not included in the pool.

when i changed each machines fstab to mount the entire /home directory structure
from that fileserver to the nodes, condor refused to start up and run properally
on my master node.  

condor_master and condor_collector were the only programs that would spawn.

once i changed each nodes fstab back to mapping individually the 

/home/condor/config
/home/condor/logs
/home/condor/jobs

everythign seems to work just perfectly.  any reason why a map of just the
/home/condor directory would cause it to NOT function correctly?  (the entire
directory maps just fine, without errors)  perhaps im missing somehitng?
