What do you want exactly?

Do you want something like CondorView?

If so, go to the Condor downloads web page, select the contrib modules, and 
find the "view_client, version 6.1.8" at the bottom of the page.

You might also be interested in the log viewer. You can also download it 
from the contrib modules. It's labelled "Version 6.2.1, log viewer". There 
is some minimal documentation in:
