Maybe this is obscenely obvious, but it looks from the log like you're 
trying to execute a Windows executable on a Linux machine, which is not 
possible without using something like WINE.

Is the executable you're trying to run on the Linux machine compiled on 
RH9?

In either case you need to specify different executable for each 
different OS and ARCH, and I don't see that in this log file.
