Title: mini HTCondor infra deployment

Dear HTCondor developers,

I have use case for a user developing a service that eventually submits to an HTCondor cluster. For learning as well as testing/CI purpose a minimal self-contained condor would be nice to have.

Following the mini HTCondor docs , I now have a very basic (no configs, pool password) docker compose and Helm chart: https://github.com/odatskov/htc-mini-infra

For basic job submission this seems to work. Do you by chance already have an upstreamed docker-compose or K8s helm chart for the entire infra (not just startds)?
