[HTCondor-devel] Priority factors keep getting reset

Hi folks,

After upgrading to condor 8.2, I used condor_userprio to reset the priority
factor for each user to the new default value of 1000.  This works fine....
for a few minutes.  After five minutes or so, the priority factors go back
to their old value of 1. Any idea what might be going on?
