[HTCondor-devel] Bad spec file for RHEL 7 RPM?

Is the spec file for the RHEL 7 RPM correct? I got this trying to `yum
install` from the downloaded 8.2.1 RHEL 7 x86_64 RPM:

Transaction check error:
  file /usr/bin from install of condor-8.2.1-256063.x86_64 conflicts
with file from package filesystem-3.2-18.el7.x86_64
  file /usr/lib from install of condor-8.2.1-256063.x86_64 conflicts

Error Summary

I also notice there's no repo for RHEL 7 yet.
