As part of cleaning up old tickets, I added a "Branches" button at the
top of gittrac pages showing a Check-in.
To try it out, you need to be logged into gittrac, go to any Check-in
page (these are the links in square brackets that show up on tickets and
the timeline, etc), and then click on "Branches" at the top of the page.
