at present there is one bug fix that is approved for the 8.1.1 release
branch, (#3822)
Please contact me if other urgent fixes are needed before this
developer
release can be released.

When is this scheduled to be released? When is an "RC" going to be
cut, i.e. when is the last day for urgent fixes?
Best,
Same place as it was before --

It should go out in this notice then too.
Wiki -
Goals for next Developer Release
Version: 8.1.1
Code freeze on 2013-08-16, start CHTC upgrade 2013-08-19, release to
web 2013-09-17.
Major pieces: Better openstack batching [CMS], two-phase commit for
openstack [CMS], startd preemption statistics #3712 [CHTC, ATLAS]
The wiki says when the release is 2013-09-17, that's good.
However, the branch email went out today (19th), and the wiki says the
freeze is last Friday (16th).
What's the date at which no new fixes/features can be proposed for 8.1.1?
Best,
matt
