FYI,  I believe I just ran into a commit that was NOT correctly fixed
back in August when circumstances caused master branch to get merged
"back" into V7_7_?-branch.

The result of finding a commit that was not correctly put back
after git-witchery, is that it makes me wonder if there might be
others.  This particular commit was to the doc directory, and
modified the file condor-macros.tex; it was a 1 line change to
fix the LaTeX macro introduced back then (\Ticket).
