Someone should go through those contribs and pull the important ones 
into src/condor_contrib/. AFAIK, the source to view_client isn't even in 
a modern repository. It's clearly a 3rd class citizen, and anyone who 
gets it working is lucky. Yet it has its own section in the manual,
