[Condor-devel] Fetchwork Scripts

I've taken some tests scripts written by Derek for the fetchwork feature 
and have modified them to work on directories.  These scripts will read 
files in /tmp/work (each file is a single ClassAd) and writes the 
results to /tmp/results as well as tars up the outputs in that same 
directory.  These might be useful for testing/using the fetchwork feature.
