I like this a lot.

Very easy to just create a config firectory and have the main file do
pretty much nothing but set the admin permissions and initiate loading
the directory.

Then common features for your site in MySite.cfg and seperate config
files for the daemons that might run.

One question though: does condor_config_val locally indicate the right
location for a config setting?
