GEMS2.1 uses the ORION to analysis network power. U can replace the ORION 1.0 by 2.0.

CACTI does not support dynamicly computeing power.

hi,
Ruby does not currently support power analysis of the cache system.
can cache power parameters be imported into ruby from CACTI, if yes
then which file i should modify to import the parameters.
