It means that the L2 controller has triggered L1_PUTX event on a line  
that's in MT state, which isn't supposed to happen in that particular  
protocol. By "not supposed to," I mean that there isn't a particular  
transition defined in MSI_MOSI_CMP_directory-L2cache.sm file.
