[Gems-users] Does BTB exist?

Hi,
I have seen some comments about BTB (branch target buffer) in some files. 
./opal/system/controlop.C:    // TASK: should update the BTB here
./opal/system/dynamic.c:  // In the future, this could be speculative, given BTB design

./opal/system/dynamic.c:  // In the future, this could be speculative, given BTB design
./opal/system/dynamic.c:  // In the future, this could be speculative, given BTB design

From the comment I understand that there is no BTB implementation in current version. Am I right?
