[Gems-users] regarding opal simulation

Hello All,

I was searching on the archive whether someone has worked on disconnecting opal and ruby; however I could not find any efforts. Moreover, the code gives an option in OpalInterface.C for removing opal interface, however it has not been tested. I was curious, is there some inherent drawback which makes this task very difficult or error-prone or does someone has some pointers regarding this. I would greatly appreciate the help.
