  If you simulate with both Opal & Ruby, the flag CONFIG_WITH_RUBY should 
be true and Opal's cache class will _not_ be used (so it doesn't matter 
what you configured it with).
  Otherwise when running with Opal only you need to set its cache params 
to your needs.
